What do you need from me to get started?

Your brand name, colour preferences, and visual references — brands or aesthetics you like. If you have an existing logo, send it over. If not, we design one from scratch. The more context you give us, the better the result.

Do I need a Shopify account before buying?

No. We will create your store for you and then transfer 100%ownership to your email via shopify. Shopify's basic plan begins at $39/month — you won't need anything more than that to launch.

How do the SMS and email automations work?

We set up automated flows directly in your Shopify account. When a customer signs up on your password page, they receive a welcome text with a 10% discount. When they abandon a cart, they get a recovery message. When you launch a drop, you can blast your whole list in one click. All configured before handover — you don't need to touch anything technical.

What does the custom VHS video background look like?
