Refund policy
At BRANDINGHEAVEN, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, custom digital website design services tailored to your unique vision. Due to the personalized and digital nature of our work, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.
1. Custom Work
All services provided by BRANDINGHEAVEN are custom and created specifically for each client. Once a project has commenced, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the final product or a change of mind.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely communication, content, and approvals. Delays or lack of input from the client may impact project timelines and outcomes. Refunds will not be provided for delays or dissatisfaction resulting from a lack of client participation.
3. Payments & Deposits
All payments made to BRANDINGHEAVEN, including deposits and full balances, are non-refundable. Submission of any payment confirms your agreement to this policy.
4. Revisions & Scope
Each design package includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your agreement. Any additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope may incur additional charges. We strive to ensure your satisfaction within the boundaries of the agreed-upon work.
5. Early Termination
If a project is terminated early—by either the client or BRANDINGHEAVEN due to breach of terms—no refunds will be issued for work already completed or time invested.
6. Digital Product Policy
As all services rendered result in digital products and deliverables, which are not returnable, all sales are final. Upon delivery of any final files, access credentials, or digital assets, the project will be considered complete and non-refundable.
